In the past, I had one cleaning where the cleaner arrived late and made me delay for my office. I therefore was afraid of not using any housekeeping services till the time I found NY Housekeeping. The cleaning was good so I decided to keep the service.
As part of the onboarding process I was required to give them house keys, which I was a little afraid of but they do full background checks so I thought it was worth it for the convenience. By the time I got to work I had two voice-mails from them saying that the work has been accomplished. Then I got an e-mail from them saying the same, but on top of that they reminded me frequently of some of significant areas which I need to attack, may be replacing them with the new ones. I was not only pleased but I recommended it to all my peers, dear and near ones.
My experience is that NY Housekeeping is absolutely a professional company, which works like their own personal work and provide the service totally as they advertised.
